I had no IFE on a flight back in May from YYZ-FCO. They handed out the letters and had us select either miles or MCO for compensation. My wife and I selected MCO's. Last week we received $200/each for the non-working IFE which I think is reasonable. Was able to sleep most of the way after dinner anyway.
