Are you talking about ordinary bottled water bought from a shop?

If so there is absolutely no problem whatsoever. Just buy your water from the food store at the airport (look for a shop sign saying "Delicatessen") and ask to have it sealed. You can take as much water through security as you like, as long as it is in a sealed airport bag. One litre bottles are EUR 2.25.
