Thus, it is always best to NOT print you tickets until necessary. (Train time? ) If you had them printed, it is best to take the voucher (if you think you may take Amtrak sometime - it's good for 1 year, and you could extend it for another year beyond that)!
Is it possible to process the 100% refund (unprinted tickets) online, or do you have to call? And must it be done before the train departs? Thanks.
