I'm gonna go out on a limb and say HA. Though I guess WP does show flights 11 months in advance... PW doesn't have a FF program. Are there any other "Hawaii Based Airlines"?

OP, I'd guess more like 1AM HST.

Not enough of the die-hard HA folks in here anymore. They're sorely missed.
