i wanna rent a car from enterprise in NY. but its coasting 25 cents a mile outside the bordering states (NJ, PA, etc.). if i do not tell them that i am leaving the above mentioned states and i get into a car accident out of the above mentioned states, will insurance still cover the damage? (i do understand that obviously they will charge me the 25 cents a mile!)
