Regarding the NYC-CHI fare, AA (Q14JXQPN), B6 (M14X57), FL (GO14JXC), NW (T14JS5NC) and US have similar fares (not only fare amount but same fare conditions). UA fare (LE142PN7) is exceptional and the BOS-CHI fare as well. No evidence, but most likely. Time will tell.
