A passenger receipt is a tax relevant paper and it can be printed ONCE only. If a TA issued the ticket and invoiced the ticket to you with an invoice charging VAT, the original passenger receipt (at least as a principle) stays with the TA. The basis for your accounting is the TAs invoice. If you printed (or: downloaded on the internet) the receipt once, it cannot be printed a second time. You have to follow the advice I gave earlier. The receipt is not a piece of paper but a fiscal document and in general every copy could be used to reclaim MwST (VAT). The issuer of the receipt would be liable for any damage and this is the reason LH only allows it to be printed ONCE.
