NewbieRunner, that is an awesome tip... The only thing LH needs to now is to fix that feature. I'm getting a really weird message for any of the receipts that i'm trying to print:

Your passenger receipt cannot be generated. The ticket is either not issued or the passenger receipt is already printed.


It's good to have LH watch out for the environment... if they are burning thousands and thousands of tons of jet fuel every day, the least they can do is make sure I'm not wasting paper on something that someone somewhere may have printed already.
