You get the separate "keychain" PayPass. I don't use mine as it would be easy for a thief to use if he swiped my keychain.
Bummer, I too hate those keychains - it's just too risky. I'd rather keep a contactless creditcard inside my wallet sleeve and just wave my wallet.

Apply for the AMEX Starwood, either personal or business. It includes ExpressPay which is WONDERFUL thing at places like CVS. Nothing to sign, just hold your card to the machine, collect your receipt, and walk out. Most of the cashiers don't even know about it.

I've actually applied for the Starwood AMEX several months ago and they rejected me because "I don't have enough credit history." Checked my FICO score and it was over 720 at the time, but one of the "negative" factors was that I only have seven years of credit history. So I guess paying my student loans, my Citibank AA Mastercard, and car payments on time don't mean jack to AMEX!
