The person you were referred to is maybe someone the agent at the HON line knew but there are a few more people at LH for things like this.

I would also recommend that you dont say "I would like to have them" but rather "I have a tax revision and they want them" to give a little motivation push.

I was never in that situation but would have called the SEN line first, then maybe someone in CGN where they do the "Rechnungswesen/Finances".

But these are just guesses.
