I'm missing a few passenger receipts for etix purchased through the LH hotline... I'm trying to get LH to fax me copies, I have the etix numbers and all I need is some official paperwork from LH saying how much they charged me and when.

Unfortunately it seems like a task too complex for the Hon line - I first requested the copies last Tuesday. I called to check almost a week later, only to be told that the lady able to help me will be back in the office NEXT Monday. I'm not too happy about this. Does anyone have a better method for getting receipts from LH?
