If you really want the extra room the GV is the place to go. A 1 bedroom villa at most MVCI properties like GV, you will get the equivalent space of at least 2 if not 2.5 hotel rooms. You will get a full kitchen, a dining/living room, and if I remember correctly, you will even get a washer/dryer as well. If you prefer the amenties of a hotel (room service, CL, Plat arrival gift, free breakfast, etc), then the Ren is the better choice. Personally, if I were traveling with my family and the price were the same, I would choose GV. If I were traveling alone or with my wife, I would probably choose the Ren.
