You think that's bad tack a 3 hour drive to and from Dallas on both ends of those flights! I did the AUS-ORD-PDX-ORD-AUS MR on May 31 with a drive to and from Dallas. Painful. But worth it for the miles. I think I paid $218 AI also. It was definitely cheaper to do this as an AUS MR vs. a DFW MR.
