I was there yesterday (Sunday) evening too, seeing a friend off... There were over 100 people at the Bag-Drop queue, but only 1/3 counters were open.

While the queue was moving, especially when they started pulling people out when various flights closed.

My friend's flight was delayed, but it was unclear what the exact problem was. The J lounge blamed the weather earlier in the afternoon, but the plane was at the gate for a long time (over an hour) before boarding started.
