Q & A

it should not require a Q and A. If a member of the public can look at the website and spot errors then why is someone not proof reading the pages before they are posted live?

I know some things may appear minor but it smacks of pure amateurism and with the battle for customers now then even the slightest inaccuracies or issues are bound to put customers off?
