Apart from the published MPC benefits which are rather good, I have already experienced several pleasant "hidden" ones during my first year of CX status.
In that sense I can well understand if members moan about "watering down" the program. The criteria are also not especially demanding compared to some other loyalty programs, no need at all to loosen them up.
