I think we need to concede they're trying to improve breakfast.
Last year, I was served pastitsio (like this) on a morning flight from SKG, and some truly evil sausages have appeared, too. Things have gotten better now. When on a morning connection, I don't decline either meal; I just cherry pick the best bits of each.
