FI and OK both offer some pretty good (under EUR2000 return) biz class fares. Neither offer anything special in terms of seating, but great reliability and a consistently good soft product (at least on Czech; I am not familiar with FI) almost make up for it.
IB sale fares only a bit higher, but you'd have to connect twice.
Don't be surprised if these biz fares are all cheaper than WT+; the BA I (cheapest CW) base fare is priced at around double the Icelandair D one!!
Spend your miles on better things. Since L'Avion will be gobbled up by Open Skies, you'll probably be able to use them for MFUing.
