Already happened

YZF and YFB and takes the more urgent flight diversions in northren Canada. Last summer in YFB I believe it was a United 777 JFK-NRT that put down for someone with a heart attack. We also get our share of 747's (BA, virgin ect) . The A380 also has been in a few times but just for cold weather testing. (http://www.planepictures.net/netshow.php?id=577030)
