Really? My blue $100 CS certificate includes, among the discount rules:
f you are purchasing a ticket for someone else and the value of this certficate is greater than $25, you must present the certificate in person to the ticketing representative.
Do they simply not enforce this provision? Am I misinterpreting it? I'd love to be able to give it to a friend, but this language makes it appear a bit complicated.

i've sent a $200 cert to a friend with a brief "ok by me" note and they subsequently did tix by mail and did not have a problem
