I was in LHR on the 10th... Weather at LHR doesn't seem to be the issue... Light rain mid 50's (F) or so...

May have been winds aloft change (strong headwinds??) changed after departure from LAX - requiring a precautionary fuel stop?

... Unless "weather" is now the new word for a security diversion?? Seems like the planned a short 15mins to fuel? Enough time to drop off a drunk abusive pax??
