I was in first class row 2 and HHS Secretary Tommy Thompson was in row 1, on a trip from MSP to DC last year. He gave me some good advise on getting a picture of G.W. for my boy and sure enough we did get the photo.
NW BOI-MSP on 7/26: Oscar-winning actor William Hurt was in 2-Charlie. VERY nice to the FA. Since I have a personal policy of not bothering celebs on an airplane unless they are going out of their way to be talkative I didn't say anything to respect his privacy but I did note how polite and kind he was to the FA working FC. Fairly tall. Made my day.
