xcellent property. ^^ We will definitely be back.

We were Hilton Diamond at the time (December 2007), and they confirmed a room upgrade (to a small jacuzzi suite) and connecting room in advance of our stay.

I had a few special requests, and they were all handled flawlessly. Even given the mobile # of one of the managers, "just in case." Our check-in was at around 3AM, and they were expecting us, and everything was in "perfect" order.

New bottle of wine (and fruit) given to both rooms on 4 out of 5 of our days at this property. (Or stay was a combination of revenue and HH award rooms for 2 rooms, 5 nights)

Breakfast buffet is one of the best in Israel, IMO, and not to be missed.

Property also has an excellent Japanese restaurant in the lobby, and very good room service.

We had access to the business lounge, which is pretty nice, and has free cocktails and upgraded food service (morning and evening) --- and is much better than the lounges in the US. There is also an "executive floor" which has it's own lounge at the top of the hotel property. That lounge is even nicer (and is supposed to have a really awesome food service), but is ONLY for the "executive floor" and "speciality suite" guests. They are very strict about this, which is a good thing, IMO, as it really helps to set apart those that are booked (and paying for) "executive" level.

In Jerusalem, we spent 5 nights at the Inbal Hotel and also highly recommend that property, especially the suites with HUGH terraces.
