It has nothing to do with profile. This has happened to me in the past using same parameters. As a matter of fact this post prompted me to check a reservation I made three weeks ago at Hyatt Grand Cypress Orlando. When checking Hyatt.com and not logging in--- it gave me a rate $52.00 less per night. I just got off the phone with Diamond desk and they adjusted my rate---since I was charged the first night at booking I'll have to wait until check out to correct the new rate. So it's best to book without signing in and calling to have your GP# added to resevation. Minutes after getting off the phone I went back to Hyatt.com and signed in---the lower rate is now reflected. Rep made a note to his supervisor and will check with IT people to see why this is happening.
