That hotel is undergoing a $63 million renovation and is being rebranded the Hyatt Regency St. Louis Riverfront."
So, will this thread soon be about the ex-Adam's Mark? It was re-flagged as of April. The Adam's Marks were generally pretty tired 1970s affairs, and this one (the location right under the arch notwithstanding) was no exception.
