business class vs. economy

The amount of food they give you for business class is too much for me. I flew them a few years ago, but I ended up telling them to take it all back. I ate the snack/appetizer, thinking it was the dinner, and then even more food came...WOW. I saw people eat all that and then have some ramen later, too. I guess air travel affects people differently. I don't eat much in the air, and for some, maybe it makes them ravenous.

The amount of food given in economy was just right for me. Quality is definitely lower than business, that's for sure. My sister and I each ordered the other meal. If she ordered Korean, I ordered Western, and vice versa so that we could sample both. I found out that Korean in economy is better than Western. Western in business turned out to be better than Korean--or as much as I could eat in business class service! I can't really compare head-to-head if I didn't even eat the meal, can I?
