Just spotted this, and I don't think it's been mentioned before.
"By early 2004, United will deploy EasyCheck-in at all 81 United domestic U.S. airports."
From the publicity blurb announcing availability of EasyCheck-in at PHL, featured on United.com today.
Obviously good news...but I have a feeling that 81 is the mainline stations only...UAX still out of luck

<I know in most UAX stations these machines wouldn't really be needed, but in places like, say, MKE, where there are a fairly large number of flights it sure would be nice--no vested interest there of course!
