I don't know of anything you can show the agent, but if you're a 1P or a 1K (and the boarding pass has this on it) you should have no problem accessing the lounge - indeed I've brought in co-workers who had no status many, many times. If they hassle you, tell 'em that TravelinWilly said it's okay. On second thought, don't tell 'em that.
