If one enters the word "summary" in a search of these, there will be no result. OTOH, the first paragraph reads:
"
Notice to American Airlines passengers
Your ticket and the following Conditions of Carriage constitute the contract between you, the passenger, and American Airlines, Inc. American Eagle ("American") and apply to all transportation provided by American (including transportation on codeshare partners) between points in the United States (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Foreign air transportation is governed by applicable tariffs on file with the Department of Transportation."
You are correct: no summary mentioned, nor is there reference to any other more comprehensive document. Is it actually possible some KISS specialists have done their job at AA? (Not that I am saying I like them - I do not; they basically absolve AA of much of the practical responsibilities in the one sided relationship they have with us, and put us in a genuine underdog position, much like the international conventions governments have allowed the airlines to write for their own benefit.)

However they may be breaking some policy:
American Airlines and American Eagle's conditions of carriage are available from any American airport or Travel Center representative.
