The problem is: many countries do not allow scheduled flights to exceed 18hrs flight time, even with a double crew and adequate rest facilities.

Official ultralonghaul routes:

A345:
SIN-LAX (Singapore)
DXB-JFK/SFO (Emirates)
YYZ-HKG (Air Canada)-- possibly defunct

772LR:
TPE-PTY (Evergreen)

Ultralonghauls said to be under official consideration but not yet affirmed:

A345:
SIN-JFK (Singapore)
JNB-NRT (South African)
PPT-CDG (Air Tahiti Nui)
BKK-LAX (Thai)
DXB-SYD (Emirates)

772LR:
KHI-IAH/LAX (Pakistan)
NRT-JNB (Japan)
FCO-MEL (Alitalia)

A340s don't fly... they're repelled from Earth by their ugliness!
