According to Boeing's site, the 777-200LR will be able to do 9,170nm with 301 folks in a 3-class config. As the Boeing 3-class config is criminal, figure more like 275 in a "real" First / Business / Economy Plus config.
The 7E7 is currently planned to fly 7-8,000 nm, but I imagine a 9,000nm varient will surface.
