No offence to anyone, as I said, only personal opinion and personal choice. For someone worked for Chinese subway companies, I won't use subway there, that's all I want to say.

Chinatrvl, you are right, I try to avoid London tube as much as I can. And recently I only use taxis in London. And been to Tokyo a few times, never used subway there.

The only good example of subway system is Singapore, the way they organise it and the staff training they've done are really outstanding. This is from an insider's point of view.
