That is more than the fare difference between J and F, confirmed at ticketing, (based on half of the round trip fare diff).
yep. This is why I paid the fare difference between C and F BKK-AKL for a few trips, which was only about THB20,000, or roughly USD 600 (for a return journey). One way standby upgrade is USD750! F was usually booked into A class.
