To do otherwise is a great recipe for confusion...cannot use it at LGW, but can at LHR T5, but not T4....which has all the makings of confrontation, embarrassment etc for the "entitled" pax
What would we have to bleat about here if there weren't inconsistencies, problems, rules broken etc etc
