But surely it's up to the airline to ensure consistancy for it's customers at stations where fast track is available
To do otherwise is a great recipe for confusion...cannot use it at LGW, but can at LHR T5, but not T4....which has all the makings of confrontation, embarrassment etc for the "entitled" pax
