Could not find the definitive answer to this in a search of this forum and nwa.com. Do you need to keep the same routing to use the "fly now" option. Have a double connection coming up and would like to eliminate changing planes twice. Also can anyone confirm if it is eastern or central time when this option becomes available? No, you do not need to keep the same routing. e.g. you can change LGA-MSP-SEA to LGA-DTW-SEA. As far as I know you have to keep the same start/finish point and co-cities do not count. So you can't change it to JFK-xxx-SEA.
