Please refer to http://airconsumer.ost.dot.gov/publi...s.htm#contract and search for "incorporate terms by reference." The one response I got back from AA Customer Service is that they didn't know what "incorporate terms by reference" meant.

I doubt the largest airline in the world operates on a CoC 11 pages long (significant portions of it is just white space) while it's competitors operate under CoCs with 10 to 20 times more content.

I guess I'll just have to write to AA's general consuel.
