I had to direct both employees to the Frontier Airlines Main Webpage and have them open the "New Policy and fee changes" to alert them of this situation. As a Summit Member changing 30 flight days, this would of cost me an extra 4500 dollars not including the ticket price difference, if any.
The email I got and quoted above states the change fee is still waived. It is signed by :
