Not everyone does as we're not supposed to. Some ignore the rules and put one on, but many do not so it would be wrong to say that you will get this.

As for Fast Track, this evening the yellow shirt goons were using it to let all the EasyJet and Thomson passengers through because they said it wasn't busy with Fast Track passengers. And they wonder why people no longer call it "fast"
