Tesco Finance's new Travel Money Card looks good. Only 100 club card points if you apply for one but the FX rate is excellent: currently £1 = $2.0488! or £1 = EUR 1.3000. See here to apply on line. I don't know if I will get any further benefit but I linked to it via quidco.
