I was on a flight in 1st about a month ago, had a great FA. I was in row 4. The FA took orders for rows 1 & 2, and he then came back to me, and told me that since I was the only CP in the last 2 rows, he wanted to give me meal choice before he ran out of one choice. Nice touch. Glad he did because I didn't want the salmon...

Again, as on any flight, depends on the FA.
