The whole "do you have any liquids" thing really annoys me. Because the correct answer is "yes" but you have to lie and say "no" because what they really mean is "do you have any liquids that you have somehow stupidly omitted to put into the regulation size clear plastic bags as required of millions of other passengers every day since August 2006?". Asking the wrong question means the queue is slowed down by people answering "yes" when they should say "no" and having unnecessary discussion about the content of their bags.
