I had my first and so far only RTO a few weeks ago on a 734 which threw a warning light on the take off roll.
I have also had 3 missed approaches into OOM before diverting to CBR in a Metro.
I have had 2 go arounds, one in Adelaide when the airfield vanished behind cloud and the second when our 744 driver caught the Dash-8 in front of us when we were about 10m off the ground.
Oh I have had 1 lot of firetrucks for a 738 with sticky brakes which were mistaken for a flat tyre/ locked wheel.
That's it I am afraid. 9 years of flying up to 3 times a week and that is the best I have got.
The worst disaster I have had is that cooked christmas beetle in my J meal a few months ago. That put me off eating on a plane for about 8 weeks. Oddly enough I also have lost 2kg.
