Completely agree. The use of (quite abundant) resources at the new revamped security hall is very poor.

I have to say I have never had a long wait (may have been lucky) but what I have encountered every time is search staff bickering with each other or shouting loudly about how much they hate their managers...along the lines of "that's two breaks I've missed now". For all I know they may have a legitimate grievance (I wouldn't want to be on my feet all day either) but as well as being unprofessional this bad-mouthing indicates their minds are not on the job.
