There's a good chance you won't have any problems, but probably wise to see a TA at the airport and have them correct the record and issue a new boarding pass.

Years ago I was flying back from SAN and then you only needed a printed ITN to get past security (pre-TSA days). I pulled out the second page since it was a return trip and my name was not on it. While I was digging out page one, she said there it is... McDonnel-Douglas... and on my way I went.
Glad I wasn't flying an AirBus! hehehe
