On the other hand, I have somehow failed to re-qualify for the Preferred Research Panel (for the first time in 4 years), and e-Rewards email customer service is abysmal... when they actually bother to respond, I get form letters from people who have failed to even READ my email. I'm quite surprised, because their email support used to be excellent. For the first time ever, I'm quite upset with them.
