It's not a matter of size (I guess size doesn't matter), but of needing to take care of matters in a timely fashion. On a 777, there are 49 pax in C to use 2 lavs, and sometimes the lines really build up. In F, there are perhaps 12 using 2 lavs, so the lines (I would never use one if there were a line) are almost non-existent. As a pax in C, I RARELY use the F lavs, but sometimes it does become necessary so an accident doesn't happen.
