We all moan about "The World's Favourite Airline" at times, but by comparison to a lot of other airlines they are miles ahead in terms of service. Although BA do a lot of things wrong I think by comparison we need to put it into prospective.

So next time BA lose my bag for 24 hours or I have to take the extra walk to the lounge when not flying F... I will breath some relieve that I am flying with the world's favourite
