I just stayed at the ES Niagara Falls on 7/20 and was pleasantly suprised. From this thread it sounded like it was going to be a mixed experience but went ahead because its got a better falls view than the other Hilton properties.

I paid for one night in a Jr. Pres Suite and had a second reservation on points. Initially they said we'd have to change rooms to a lower level Cityview on the 2nd night but on the 2nd morning they went ahead and let us keep the Jr. Presidential Suite which had a great view and was well appointed.

Breakfast was crowded but the serving stations were efficient. Better still they do it in the Keg restaurant so you get a great 9th floor falls view for Breakfast. (the restaurant is pretty good too - not top notch but still good).
