Thanks all, I'll give it a try - unfortunately I paid cash and was not given a receipt. But who knows - for $35 it may not be worth the hassle - it was really the principle of the matter when the FA refused to take any responsibility (on behalf of QF) for the faulty clock. I got the the impression that the FA just could not be bothered.
